Your record will be mailed directly to the requesting parish or diocese.
In order to protect the confidentiality of these records, certificates will be issued only for the individual named on the certificate, the parent or guardian of a minor child named on the certificate, or a requesting parish or diocese. No certificates are issued for genealogical purposes.
