  Registering in a parish is a declaration of your desire to be a part of a Catholic community and to make a commitment to the life of the parish family. To register, please complete the registration form below and return it to the parish office. You are welcome to mail it in, drop it off at the office, or put it in the collection basket at Mass or in the drop box in the entryway of the church.
