Extraordinary MinistersThis ministry is open to parishioners who are Confirmed and active in the Catholic faith. As an active Catholic you are one, who by the grace of God, receives, studies, accepts and shares the faith with others through participation in the liturgical, sacramental and cultural life of the parish. -

Extraordinary ministers at St. Dominic Parish are appointed for renewable one-year terms each year at the Solemnity of Corpus Christi, the Most Holy Body and Blood of Christ. Training is provided regularly throughout the year. Please note that since this appointment is given by the parish, Eucharistic Ministers are not to exercise this ministry at other parishes without the permission of the appropriate pastor.

Bringing Communion to the Homebound
If you are interested in becoming a Eucharistic Minister of Holy Communion for people in their homes, hospitals or care centers, we welcome you to this team of caregivers. Training is provided. Ministers at Care Centers do need the Essential 3–including VIRTUS/Vulnerable Adult Training.
